Aqaa Maulaa Dr Saiyedna saheb TUS said: Naseehat of Ahl ul-Bayt AS to Mumineen to keep their hearts healthy and youthful with complete Shifaa,

1. Recite Qur'an e Kareem with efforts to know its Hikmat along with Tarannum, Ilhaan and Makhaarij.  Don't read Qur'an like any other book.  Don't try to understand it without authority.
2. Eat less but attentively and meaningfully.  Partially empty stomach will benefit you physically and mentally.
3. Wake up early in the morning and with deep devotion and heartful obedience pray in front of Allaah Ta'aala that He has gifted you a new day with lots of Ne'maat.  The best of these Ne'maat is Majlis o Ma'tam of Maulaana Imaam Husain AS.
4. Pray in some part of the night when majority of people prefer sleep or leisure.  This is the time when you peacefully think upon yourselves and attach your prayer to your Rabb without any worldly interruption.
5. Sit in the majlis where you find Saaleheen Mumineen.  These are nobel people and true believers who know verily the value of time and the importance of togetherness.  There is always something to learn, to follow and to teach others when you sit among wise and sincere people.  Majlis e Husaini is a prime example of the place of knowledge and wisdom in which noble people wholeheartedly take part to get divine reward.

Asharah Mubaarakah-The first 10 days of Moharram ul Haraam are the gracious and heavenly designated days of weeping of the entire creation of Allaah Ta'aala for the martyrdom-shahaadat of Maulaana Imaam Husain AS and his companions in Karbalaa e Mo'allaa.

Day 1: Arz-Earth, the place of life and death and the centre of the whole universe and on the Darajah of Mu'min Mustajeeb. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Aadam Safiyullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 2: Qamar-Moon on the Darajah of Mukaasir e Mutlaq, White in colour, Monday, indicates left eye from the outer organs of human body and lungs of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Nooh Najiyullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 3: Otaarid-Mercury on the Darajah of Ma'zoon e Mutlaq, Silvery brown in colour, Wednesday, indicates tongue from the outer organs of human body and liver bitterness of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Ibraahim Khalilullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 4: Zohrah-Venus on the Darajah of Da'i e Mutlaq, Greyish in colour, Friday, indicates face and chest from the outer organs of human body and heart of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Musaa Kalimullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 5: Shams-Sun on the Darajah of Da'i e Balaagh, Orange in colour, Sunday, indicates right eye from the outer organs of human body and stomach of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Isaa Roohullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 6: Mirreekh-Mars on the Darajah of Hujjat, Red in colour, Tuesday, indicates right nostril from the outer organs of human body and kidneys of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Mohammad Rasoolullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 7: Mushtari-Jupiter on the Darajah of Baab, Yellow in colour, Thursday, indicates left ear from the outer organs of human body and intellect of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Ali Waliyullaah AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 8: Zohl-Saturn on the Darajah of Imaam, Black in colour, Saturday, indicates right ear from the outer organs of human body and spleen of the inner organs. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaatona Faatemah az-Zahraa AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 9: Kawaakib e Saabetah-Zodiac signs on the Darajah of Wasi that are fixed and under their effects revolves various stars and planets. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Imaam Hasan and Maulaana Imaam Husain AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day.

Day 10: Falak e Moheet on the Darajah of Nabi, Yaum e Aashuraa, the outer most periphery of all celestial bodies with their heavenly orbits.  Nothing is above it.  Due to its effect all other inner bodies float in its orbit, revolves on its axis for a fixed time.  By the izn of Allaah Ta'aala they create good or bad effect on all the living things on the Earth. 

Maulaana Imaam Husain AS is the master of Imaamat and he willingly accepted martyrdom-shahaadat and became Falak e Moheet.  Not a single thing can act but with the tadbeer of Falak e Moheet.  Likewise not a single thing of Deen e Islaam could have survived but due to the efforts of Ahl ul-Bayt AS.  These efforts reached its peak when with Patience and Truthfulness, Ashaab e Husain SA laid their precious lives so that Imaan o Amal of Mumineen revolves around them. He will sit in Paradise with Maulaana Qaa'im ul-Qeyaamah and his Hujjat AS and will have a meal with him if he feeds a Saa'il on this day. Allaah Ta'aala grants him reward of the people of Skies and Earth. All the doors of Heavens will be kept open and all the doors of Hell will be kept close for him.

Maulaana Imaam Abu Abdillaah Ja'far as-Saadiq AS says that, Once a Jew Haaruni arrives in Madinah and meets Khalifat ul Awaam assuming him as the deputy of Rasoolullaah SAWS and hopes that Khalifah will suffice him in answering certain questions.  Haaruni asks him 10 questions about certain numbers. When he fails to do that and puts on dull excuses he gets disappointed.  He gets clear idea that the person he met is an imposter.  Abu Ayyoob al-Ansaari stood witness to this.

In the masjid someone guided him to Maulaana Ali al-Murtazaa Ameer ul Mumineen AS who was seated in one of the corner giving hidaayaat to a jamaa'at.  He raised his head and immediately gave audience to Haaruni by addressing him with his name.  Maulaa said that, I know why you are here and before this what happened with you.  Ask me what are your queries.  Seeing such radiance and confidence Haaruni became sure that he has now come to a right person.  He asked that, What is 1 and not 2? What is 2 and not 3? What is 3 and not 4? What is 4 and not 5? What is 5 and not 6? What is 6 and not 7? What is 7 and not 8? What is 8 and not 9? What is 9 and not 10? What is 10 and not 11?

Maulaa readily answered to each and every questions:

Haaruni promptly exclaimed that, "I stand witness to the fact that you are the deputy of Rasoolullaah SAWS and his real heir.  In your hands is the Beauty of Islaam and the Best of Morals.  You hold the true path of Divine Law.  None except you is able for this exalted position after Mohammad Rasoolullaah SAWS." Then Haaruni accepts Imaan on the mubaarak hands of Maulaana Ali al-Murtazaa Ameer ul Mumineen AS.

1. Adhere to the realities of "Laa Ilaaha Illallaah", as it is the foundation of everything created evident or hidden.
2. Make an habit to thank your Lord. This Shukr will increase your age, health and bounties. Contentment in your Rozi will give you peace at heart.
3. Don't kill-Qatl or harm someone without any concrete and just proof. Believe on your eyes, as your ears will often ditch you.
4. As a sign of Truthfulness or Sacredness do not swear-Qasam an oath or promise other than Allaah Ta'aala or His Wali. And remember that you have to protect an oath and keep your words in any circumstances.
5. Don't stand witness-Shaahid if you are unaware of the crime, act or happening. Witness by eyes is stronger than ears.
6. Don't be jealous-Hasad on worldly possessions of anyone. One day someone else will own it. Nothing is permanent. However, the things that are done for the favour of Allaah Ta'aala will carry great reward beyond your expectation.
7. Extra marital affair or Fornication-Zinaa is the root of all evils. Marriage pacifies all unrest coming out of sexual desires.
8. Don't steal-Chori anything but take with permission. This will avoid the feeling of awkwardness in society. The bad habit of stealing invites Disgrace and Disrespect.
9. Don't sacrifice-Zabeh any permissible animal without the name of Allaah Ta'aala. It is not Zabihat but killing.
10. Always respect your neighbours-padoshi and do not reveal or disclose their private things to anyone. Shield their privacy and you see you will be protected in the same way.
